My Unity is buggy after 5.6.0 update

I was using Unity 5.3.8 at a time when I decided to upgrade to the new version 5.6.0 however I had some problems with this version, first the "Outline" function did not work and it caused errors in the console so I just turned it off, the Skybox Shader/Procedural is completely pink, but that did not bother me much, since I'm currently using Mobile/Skybox, besides I'm seeing several error messages on my console every time I open Unity.
