unity isn't opening up, and I need help before my lack of sanity forces me to make games on notepad

unity doesn't create projects and the error I'll be attaching to this question pops up every single time I try to open any project that I am certain I've "created" with this very version of unity and yes, this happens with every single one of my projects opened with every single unity version, thanks for any and all help![alt text][1] I use a core 2 duo and a DX 11 compatible card with 6GB of ram I haven't downloaded any version prior to the 2020.3.15 version and most certainely not any version prior to 5.0 [1]: /storage/temp/184533-capture.png
