A few weeks ago i tried to test a new file i created. When i clicked play, i received the error message below. I have tried uninstalling both Unity and Microsoft visual studio and then reinstalled but i kept receiving the error. I then tried to delete every file related to Unity and uninstall but i still received the error. I am unable to test any scene including one i create now.
