Unity keeps saying that the "Sequence contains no elements"

I'm trying to drag a sprite into the scene window, but when ever I do that Unity throws an error saying "InvalidOperationException: Sequence contains no elements"

I am making a 2d game, using unity version 2021.3.0f1 Personal. ,I've looked around, and I can't find this topic any where. When ever I drag a sprite into the scene window, I get an error message saying "InvalidOperationException: Sequence contains no elements" I'm making a 2d game, version 2021.3.0f1 personal
