Trying to open program, VRoid, but gives confusing error message, what do I do?,Trying to open a 3D model program, VRoid, says UnityPlayer.dll is missing, but I think I have it?

![when I try to open the exe, it gives me the error message in the image, saying that the UnityPlayer.dll is missing, yet I can see it in the zip archive. It tells me to reinstall the program, but I don't know if it means the UnityPlayer.dll or the whole VRoid program, which I really wouldn't like to do since it takes a while to download. So what should I do about the UnityPlayer.dll? I have no idea, because I never know what i'm doing anyways, I just want to make anime models.][1] [1]: /storage/temp/151147-confusion.png ,I honestly have no idea what i'm doing, i think you're supposed to open the exe to open the game but some people tell me otherwise, but when I try to open the exe it gives me a message saying that "UnityPlayer.dll is missing from your computer".
