error CS1704: An assembly with the same simple name 'Editor' has already been imported. Try removing one of the references or sign them to enable side-by-side.

I got this error when I opened a Unity project. I tried the following steps:> Delete the file as given in suggestion, but the file is automatically generated again.> Deleted the PackageCache folder in Library, but it is also getting auto-generated.> Deleted the Library folder, I got more errors. So I had to restore it. Could anyone let me know what else can I do to solve this issues
