How to Fix Error CS0029: Cannot implicitly convert type `UnityEngine.UI.Button.ButtonClickedEvent' to `bool'

Im trying to make a counter that counts in decimal, hexadecimal, octal, and binary, and also want to make a button that decreases each of the counter's values individually by one.
